He's correct. I'd love to see him as the next Swansea manager after Cooper has been poached by Southampton or whoever. He would be great for us.

But your video had nothing about him talking about being a manager!

3% of the population is black. There are 6 black managers in the 92 clubs.
That's almost 6%. That's good isn't it?

Something like 30% of players are black, yet despite that only 6% of managers are. What the main drivers for that are I don't know, but no doubt racism plays a part on some level

As for Sol Campbell, he strikes me as a complete wanker

But really, are there too many black players? 3% population, yet 30% of the players are black.
I haven't a bone in my body that is racist, but if things are evened out, as people seem to want now, then how do we solve this? Should just 3% of players be black?
What about the Jews in the financial world. Should the numbers be cut so as to allow others in?
And so on.

The reason for a high percentage of black players I'm sure is cultural. Football is the sport of choice amongst black kids, which probably also explains the lack of black rugby and cricket players in comparison. Plus the majority of black footballers come from Africa / Europe, so comparing it with the British population of blacks is redundant. Either way, black players aren't converting into black managers for some reason

I bet your black friends would agree that you're not racist, don't worry 😁

Ticking all the boxes there.

Strange boy.

Spent some time around him a couple of years ago, on one of the coaching licences.

Thinks a lot of himself.
