From the latest report of the Nathan Wood to Southampton saga, the following paragraph:
"So the question now on the back of what looks like two sales is what the Swans will do next with many players already linked and also a wide belief that the hierarchy at the club are working on other names...
Had an email from the club (official) stating that I'd bought a ticket yesterday, I hadn't. Whilst waiting to get through to the ticket office this morning (took 25 mins), I checked my bank account, £7.00 pending to be taken, Swansea city Mgmt (catering or club shop). Unhelpful person in the...
I'm going to stick my neck out and say that Piroe will, most likely, be gone within a week. I'm not one to state that sort of thing, and I daren't reveal why I believe that. It could be wrong, but I think it will happen.
Seems we get around £500,000 for him as he's under 24 years of age. Personally, I didn't rate him, so well happy with that sum, for an out of contract player. Mark Robbins reckons he's a centre half, good luck with that assessment of a player who can't get more than an inch off the ground.
Really? Yes the Yanks are a bunch of chancers, driving us down the leagues, but really??? How about you take NtCham off when he's playing really well, you take our best two strikers off and bring on Harry Darling and Luke Cundle, you bring on three separate single subs, two of them within 6...
To say Martin has no idea is an understatement. He takes Ntcham off when he's playing his best football for a long time, in so doing concedes the midfield, he makes 2 substitutions about 5 minutes apart, thereby using up two subs, instead of bringing two on together. He then makes a third sub...
Seems that, as a club, we're calling him back from his loan. However, reading Martin's interview on the matter, it's clear as day that he's not in agreement with the hierarchy's decision. If he gets picked to play it will probably be about the biggest surprise of the season. Seems if Martin...
Finally got around to watching his interview on the website. Seems a decent guy, but something came to mind as I watched it . . . . . . . . Captain Beany's American accent is very good!
The BBC just reported about it, the reporter getting flustered over it, and stating that "the club and player have not yet been named", while a player's photo was up on the screen behind him. This was hastily taken down!!
