Re: Where do we go from here Millwall away

I don't know why we still insist on playing out from the back. We're just not skillful enough to do it, especially with our mid-field.

Re: Changes need to be made for Cardiff clash

Fulton simply has to start for Hourihane (Cooper won't drop goldenbolloks Grimes), going to need his physicality from the offski, Bidwell for Manning, Guehi (hopefully) for Naughton, personally I'd start Whittaker ahead of Lowe, at least it will be 11 v 11 then. Woodman would also be benched but li...

Re: Are the playoffs ‘nailed on’?

Our earlier success was based on a back five with three big guys in the middle. Guehi, Bennett and Cabango. Now we play with little Kyle Naughton as a centre-back, and Cabango, who is one of our top scorers by the way, unable to get a place. Okay, Guehi is injured at present, but Latibeaudierre is o...

Re: Lowe

Lowe has been shocking the last few games. Lack of form is understandable, but lack of effort should never be tolerated. There again, why should he work his nuts off, he seems guaranteed his place no matter how he plays.

Re: Woodman

I like him. He's usually a very good shot-stopper, though his distribution has never been good. Of late he seems to have lost confidence, and it shows. It could cost us. Hamer is a capable keeper. Until Freddie regains his confidence, I'd use Hamer. An average keeper is better than a good keeper hav...

Re: Jamal Lowe

If only he and Ayew would play together as a pair instead of two individuals, I'm sure it would get each of them more goals. That must be sorted out in training, shouldn't take long.

Re: The Enigma

I don't accept our recent poor form is down to the number of games we are playing. Remember we've played a couple of games less than most of the rest.

Re: Season 20/21: Swansea City v Coventry City Match Thread

We also need a captain with the personality and authority to 'whip them into shape' when things are going wrong. That would be Bennet or Ayew for me.

Re: Hourihane and Woodman.

I don't wish to knock arguably our best player, but Andre would take a lot less out of himself if he thought of passing occasionally. It would be probably better for the team too. In the opposition penalty area last night trying to bustle his way through two defenders when Lowe was free to his right...

Re: Season 20/21: The Swansea City v Nottingham Forest Match Thread

We are playing like it's an end of season game with nothing on it. The last option is to put the ball toward the N.Forest goals. Back, sideways, even up. Anything but forwards.
