Can't wait for the assessment from Cooper.
Bollocks to that! I'm off to bed, got an early start tomorrow.

Re: Red Button Match: The Official Coventry City vs Swansea City Match Thread

That's a relief, not that we hung on for a point, just that it's finished.

At least Cooper is shuffling the pack
Unfortunately it has loads of jokers and no aces.
Or Jyokeres?

My mate from Bristol reckons Palmer is exciting to watch - runs with the ball at his feet but no end product. Hope he‘s wrong.
Someone running with the ball at defenders can cause defensive errors and a bit of panic, I'd settle for that plan at the moment because we're doing very little of anything atm

I'd like to see Palmer on, he looked positive in Saturday but wasn't on for long.

“I never felt more like singing the blues, Swansea win and Coventry lose” 🎼
I’ve never understood that song. You sing the blues when you’re miserable.
Bizarre isn't it? I think exactly that every time I hear it!

Not a happy song, the original being

Well, I never felt more like singin' the blues
But I never thought that I'd ever lose
Your love dear
Why'd you do me this way?

Well, I never felt more like cryin' all night
'Cause everythin's wrong, and nothin' ain't right
Without you
You got me singin' the blues

Why are we not playing in white & black? Hardly a colour clash.
Keep the sponsors happy...

Re: Red Button Match: The Official Coventry City vs Swansea City Match Thread

Gave the ball away cheaply in midfield YET AGAIN and it ended with a (poor) shot by Coventry. We don't learn do we.

Add Gyokores & Lowe to that list
I'm probably going to give an unpopular opinion but I would add Ayew to the same category too
Just stick a pin in the teamsheet

The midfield just isn't showing for the ball when we have it at the back. What the hell is our game plan?
Our game plan is to try to hang on until MGW is fit again.
