The Swansea City manager then called on them to bounce back against Watford on Saturday after the disappointment of the 0-0 draw with Coventry that saw them drop a place to 5th in the Championship table.
Speaking via the club’s official website aftr the game, Sousa said “It was a poor game and not our best day
“But now we need to react at Watford on Saturday.
“Good teams need to react quickly.
“We made some bad decisions out there and we put ourselves under pressure.
“Coventry were very good defensively and closed the space down well. Tactically they were perfect.
“There weren’t too many positives from our point of view, but you could see on their faces in the dressing room how much it hurt. And that’s what I want to see.
“But I have confidence in my players because they’ve done really well so far over the season.”
