The Swansea City midfielder believes that the Swans have enough about them to strengthen their league positon and secure a first league double of the season following their 1-0 win at the Ricoh back in August.
“It’s always tough for teams coming to the Liberty. We make it tough for them the way we pass the ball and keep it,” Allen told BBC Sport.
“Hopefully, they’ll [Coventry] have in the back of their minds the victory we had over them away from home and [we can] get the double victory over them.
“I remember last year we had a 0-0 stalemate against them which looking back is the type of game we need to be winning.
“They will probably set up the same kind of way. We need to use the confidence and the goals we have been scoring to break them down.
“If you had asked us at the start of the season, before the game [we would have settled for] a point,” Allen added in reference to the Swans draw at Middlesbrough on Saturday.
“But that’s not the case now. With the performances we are putting in and the results we are getting now we go everywhere, even big clubs like [Middlesbrough], away from home and [look to] get all three points.”
